The contractor finished paving the hot-mix asphalt binder course (which is the 1st of 2 lifts of new asphalt) on Pfingsten this week. The contractor has also installed the first lift of hot-mix asphalt for some of the driveway aprons on Pfingsten. The contractor will continue with pavement removal and preparing the aggregate base course in the cul-de-sacs off Pfingsten this week and into next week. Paving of the cul-de-sacs is estimated to begin next Thursday and Friday.
